Synopsis
A tender short film about identity, belonging, and the invisible borders that shape our lives. Born in Palestine and raised across different countries, the protagonist reflects on what it means to live between places, carrying paperwork instead of roots. At its heart lies a simple, universal question: where is home?

Biography
Born in Bethlehem, Palestine and now based in Athens, Greece, Nadim is a multidisciplinary artist who moves between poetry, music, and film. Although never bound by labels, their work consistently engages with themes of exile, memory, intimacy, and self-destruction, drawing inspiration from lived experience rather than external observation. Their entry into filmmaking began during university, where mandatory courses unexpectedly opened a new medium that felt both tactile and necessary. Their debut short film, 'Between The Sea and Dreams' created in parallel with the publication of their first poetry book, 'Here, Despite It All', is an exploration of Palestine through the self, personal perspective, existential reflection, and the language of loss and belonging all woven into one singular experience.
